When you have signed up for the service click on the setup button in the top right corner of your screen.


From here you can complete your company name, along with any branches you have and also add in a logo for your company. The logo should be 300 x 66 pixels.


You will also see an area where you can add new user accounts and also ammend existing ones


Once you have entered any informtion please make sure to click on the save button, please note the save button is only available if you change anything.

ADDING A NEW USER

When you add a new user you must enter a username ( this is a unique field in our software, we therefore suggest using your email address )


If you want the user to have access to change user accounts and ammend the layouts of the forms then tick the "administrator access" box, if they are simply going to fill in forms they do not need to be an administrator.
